Sparking the Writer in Others . . . and Change Lives

The idea of finding your voice and using writing to discover yourself is so powerful that Women Writing for (a) Change uses its practices out in the community. Three of our longest-running partnerships are with Talbert House, Women Helping Women and Project Connect, which is a program of Cincinnati Public Schools for students experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness. Participants in these circles, like all of our writers, find community and connection and a sense of healing through writing.

Women Writing for (a) Change has worked with the following partners:

  • Project Connect
  • Cincinnati Public Schools
  • The Girl Scouts of Western Ohio
  • Found Village
  • The Ohio Innocence Project
  • The Talbert House
  • Women Helping Women
  • Taft Museum of Art
  • Cincinnati Art Museum
