SoulCollage® founder, Seena Frost, has suggested that every SoulCollager create a “Grateful One” card.  What if we could make a practice out of finding something everyday to be grateful for? We might be changed from the inside out.  Join this workshop and discover your own “Grateful One.”   We’ll use Women Writing practices and the creative intuitive SoulCollage® process in which we create personal collaged cards with simple materials to aid us in a journey of self-discovery. Uncover a new way to connect to the part of you who is learning to be more grateful for what you’ve been given.
