This workshop weaves together three powerful modalities—reflective writing, intentional breathwork, and SoulCollage® card creation—to help you understand and befriend your body’s wisdom.
We will begin with writing; gentle prompts guide you to give voice to your experiences of noticing your nervous system’s messages and your body’s cues. From there, we will focus on our breath. We invite you to practice evidence-based breathwork practices that support regulation and help you navigate stress with greater ease. We will finish the day with the creation of your own SoulCollage® card(s) that capture your unique nervous system patterns, providing a touchstone you can return to again and again.
This workshop welcomes anyone seeking to:
- Understand their body’s responses to stress and safety
- Develop practical tools for nervous system regulation
- Enjoy healing through creative, somatic approaches
- Connect with others in an emotionally safe space
- Deepen their relationship with themselves and their healing journey
