As leaders equipped to radically listen, uplift silent voices, and promote equity in a world that can feel tumultuous, we are called upon to find resilience, fortify ourselves, and forge ahead. The 2025 CFLA Retreat is a moment to reflect on the leadership gifts we bring to the containers we hold and circles we convene, be they around writing, the workplace, family, or relationships.
