Imagining a Stress-Free Holiday Season - VIRTUAL
Facilitator: Carol Walkner
Time: 10:00 am ET to 12:00 pm ET
Open to: All Genders 16+
Get ready for a STRESS-FREE holiday season. Facilitator Carol Walkner will offer strategies to help you reclaim the holidays -- your way. Spend time on your own self-care prep ahead of the holidays so you can have fun too!
Circle practices will be used to explore writing prompts, with enlightening suggestions to help take the stress out of the season and put some fun into it. Strategies that you can take into the new year to make your life easier as you handle anxiety and stress with ease and grace.
Writing prompts, an inspiring meditation, and fun. No writing experience necessary...just bring an open mind and a jar of bubbles. Bubbles? BYOB -- bring your own bubbles.
Carol Walkner, a 2006 graduate of the WWf(a)C Feminist Leadership Academy, has facilitated visioning workshops for 25 years.
