Wondering how to talk about race and racism? Nervous about keeping the container safe? Unsure how to dip a toe into addressing white supremacy? You already have the tools. Come be in circle to explore together how to best use WW practices to hold space for the deeply important conversation of race and racism in our communities.

Meg Stentz (she/her/hers) is a longtime facilitator and writer in the YWW community. She's co-facilitated the past two YFLA cohorts, and has been using WW practices to facilitate circles about whiteness and racism with her community in Brooklyn. In her professional life, she supports school change for equity and antiracism across NYC.

Open to YFLA, CFLA, FLA graduates, current/past WW facilitators, current board members, and staff.

Two sessions with the same agenda. Come to one, or practice immersing yourself in this conversation and come to the same workshop twice. Separate registration required for each date.

Friday, June 26th, 3 pm - 5 pm & Tuesday, June 30th, 5 pm - 7 pm via Zoom.
