This open mic-style reading will be held via Zoom line conferencing.
Inspired by National Poetry Month, we're responding to 30 prompts in 30 days, provided by our friend and facilitator Christine Wilson. Let's celebrate the bounty of April's writing with a community reading in May. At this open mic-style gathering, you're invited to share a piece you wrote during National Poetry Month!
FREE Registration is required for all participants--whether listening or reading--to receive a Zoom link.
*Reading slots will be randomly drawn from among those who have registered to attend by April 30. If YOU would like to read, PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE IN THE COMMENT BOX WHEN YOU REGISTER. There will also be a limited amount of "spontaneous" spots for which you can sign up prior to each set on the evening of the reading. In order to give as many voices as possible the chance to be heard, please limit readings to one piece only, and no more than five minutes in length. Writing should be your own. Open to All Genders, 14+.
