Our yearly "Wisdom Circle" gathering is Tuesday evening, Dec. 9th, 7-9:30 pm at WWfaC.  Mary Pierce Brosmer will facilitate the wisdom circle, where writers from all the classes, past and present, are invited to bring their ideas, concerns, questions and wisdom, for a discussion and crosstalk. We'll envision the future and lift up the gifts and challenges of our WWfaC Community.  Please RSVP to b.park@womenwriting.org.


WORKSHOP SERIES:  A SEASON OF HOPE:  Experienced through Art

Thursdays, Dec. 4, 11, 18, 7-9 PM, at WWfaC.  Writers and teachers Ginger Holstein and Katherine Meyer offer three mini-retreats for busy women who need a few short breaks this holiday season.  Give yourself the gift of reflection, using ritual, meditation, and art as tools to learn more about yourself, your hopes, dreams, talents, and what the world offers your emerging spirit.  Cost:  sliding scale:  $10-50, material included.  Come early to register.  Contact:  MsKatherineMeyer@gmail.com.  Come for one, two or all three sessions.

About the facilitators:

Ginger Holstein, BSN, MSW, is a wife, mother, grandmother and experienced spiritual director.  WWfaC has been a joy she treasures in her life over the last four years.

Katherine Meyer, MA, MSW, has a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapies, and an MSW, and teaches reflective art practices to adults.
