June 12Taming the Hurried Life:  Yoga & Writing - $30 (1-3:30)

Join other busy people who long to slow down, take stock of their lives and explore ways to embrace a fulfilling life. We'll stretch and relax our bodies through yoga poses, center our minds with meditation and explore how to nurture the lives we want in our writing circle.  This workshop is an opportunity for you get off the treadmill, breathe deeply and dream freely.

Yoga experience is not necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat*, your favorite pen, notebook, journal and any yoga props that make you feel comfortable (blankets, eye pillows, blocks).  *If you don't have a mat, they will be available for purchase for $10.

Oct 9 – Writing Marathon - $30 (1-3:30)
Time to write, write, write!  Sharing is optional; prompts are provided.  No experience necessary.  Let writer Dawn Diebold help you get your words on the page without interruption.

Oct 23 – The Body Journal - $30 (1-3:30)
Learn to use writing as a tool for positive body image and support for a healthy lifestyle.  Join writer Dawn Diebold as she shares successes and struggles, using writing as a tool toward and healthy mind and body.  This workshop includes writing, discussion, small-group sharing and support for your own journey. 


November 6 - Going Public: Blogs and Websites - $30 (1-3:30)
Tips for writing your own blog and putting your words online.  Open to men and women of all ages.


Dec 11 – Food for Thought: Writing about Holiday Cooking - $30 (1-3:30)
Got a favorite recipe, story or memory about holidays in the kitchen?  Write it down, share it, feed your creativity.  Let by writer and cook Bronwyn Park.  No experience necessary.
